As a business, the health and wellbeing of our customers and our staff is always our top priority. We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it unfolds and are continuing to adapt, following the guidance issued by the government and health authorities to help keep everyone as safe as possible. Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been personally impacted, and we hope that you and your families are safe and well.
For the moment, our Garden Centre remains open and we’ve implemented several additional precautions, continuing to closely monitor the situation.
We have fantastic staff at the Garden Centre who are working very hard in very challenging circumstances, to serve our customers, support our community and take care of one another. The days, weeks and months ahead will be testing and ever-changing for us all and we will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
We can deliver anything you may need from the Garden Centre direct to your home, leave on the front door step and we will do this for free if you spend £30 or more, or a nominal fee of £3 if under this amount for deliveries within a 5 mile radius of the Garden Centre. We can also take an order and payment over the phone and load the goods direct into your car when you come to collect. We are also looking into a take-away service for Lime Kiln Kitchen and a personalised greeting card service so watch this space – don’t forget Mother’s Day this Sunday!
