Please see below some of the new polices and procedures we have put in place to ensure we make the store as safe as possible:

• There will be a one way system in place throughout the store
• Only a limited numbers of customers will be allowed in the store on a one in one out basis
• All customers must have a trolley to enter the store
• A maximum of 2 people per party
• Please expect queueing to enter the store at peak times
• Social distancing measures must be adhered to throughout the store and in out outside spaces
• We will have strict till procedures in place
• Till screens will be in place
• We will only be accepting card/contactless payments
• Our Toilets facilities are open

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening our doors again on Wednesday along with our click & collect service.There will be social distancing measures in place throughout and limited customers in the store at any one time. We kindly request you come in no more than parties of 2. Lime Kiln Kitchen will remain closed until government guidelines change.We would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank everybody who has supported us through these difficult times. We are positive for the future and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Dear valued customer, as our thoughts turn to reopening the store sometime soon we wanted to assure you that we are currently putting many plans in place to make your shopping visit with us as safe as possible. These include limited customers in the store at any one time, one-way flow, hand sanitiser stations, till screens and regular cleaning protocols to name but a few; Our staff are also being trained in extra health and hygiene measures and as always we will do all we can to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience.
