Download the Thetford Garden Centre Loyalty App

Step 1 : Download the Thetford Garden Centre Loyalty App using Google Play Store or Apple Store. The name of the App is Thetford GC.
Step 2: Click Register
Step 3: You’ll be asked- Have a store account?
Yes I do– Enter the email address that is on the account and loyalty card number, and input a password to use for the app.
If the account doesn’t have an email address or you are unsure on the email address on the card, come into store to complete the account sign up or email customerservice@thetfordgardencentre.co.uk to have the loyalty account updated.

FAQs
Will my points on my card transfer to the App?
Yes, if you already have a Loyalty Card your points will transfer to the App.
Can I still use my card?
Yes, you can continue to use your card or the App.
Do I need to fill in an application form in-store?
No, you don’t have to fill in an application form in-store. You can download the app and complete the sign up process. If you don’t have an email address, you will need to come into the store to complete the application.
How do I change my email address?
If you need to update your email address, please contact us via email at customerservice@thetfordgardencentre.co.uk or pop in-store.
I signed up but I can't see my points?
It can take up to 15 minutes for the data to update. Please contact customerservice@thetfordgardencentre.co.uk if you experience any problems.
