Front of House Manager- Lime Kiln Kitchen

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Front of House Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our busy restaurant and seasonal Norfolk Pizza Co trailers. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for managing a large front of house team, maintaining high standards across service and presentation, driving sales performance, and creating a positive, engaged team culture. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of the restaurant working closely with the Head Chef and the Senior Catering & Hospitality Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and manage a large front of house team, ensuring excellent service at all times

  • Maintain high standards of customer care, cleanliness, presentation and compliance

  • Drive sales performance and support the achievement of agreed targets and KPIs

  • Recruit, train, develop and coach team members, providing ongoing support and performance feedback

  • Create and nurture a positive, inclusive and professional team culture

  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service and a strong front/back of house partnership

  • Support the Senior Catering & Hospitality Manager with planning, rotas, stock control and operational improvements

  • Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience

  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to support the continued growth and development of the Lime Kiln Kitchen and Norfolk Pizza Co trailer

Additional Requirements: Food Hygiene Certificate

Working Hours

This is a full-time position involving alternate weekends, with the likelihood of working every weekend during peak periods.

Front of House Server – Lime Kiln Kitchen

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Front of House Server to join our team at Thetford Garden Centre. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality or café environment and be confident providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately.
  • Delivering food and beverages promptly.
  • Handling customer payments and operating the till.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
  • Supporting team members during busy service periods.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ Front of House or hospitality experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
  • Availability to work alternate weekends or every weekend.
  • Daytime shifts only – no evening work required.
