Returns & Refund Policy
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you leave the centre. We recommend you keep your receipt, as you will need proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you using the same method you purchased the product with, all card refunds must be credited to the account originally used.
Please be aware that refunds and exchanges will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) is provided. To qualify for this, the products must be complete with all of its components and in its original undamaged packaging.
Conditions Apply:
Perishable goods such as, food and drink, cut flowers and turf cannot be returned. For hygiene and safety reasons unsealed toiletries and earrings are excluded. Furniture Sets, Machinery, Machinery Equipment and Calor Gas are also excluded from our normal Returns Policy.
Store2Door, Special Orders and Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Clothing must be returned with all tags intact and undamaged.
In the event of a refund, all loyalty points received for the value of product being refunded will be removed from your loyalty points total.

Faulty Products:
If the product is faulty or defective in any form, we will issue you a refund, replacement or exchange upon return with the product in question and valid proof of purchase.
All products that are “Sold as Seen” or reduced price due to damage are excluded from our returns policy.
