Key Skills Required:
- Experience gained working as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in busy commercial catering or restaurant operations
- Creativity – the ability to create new menus with a hands on approach and eye for detail
- Running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- An understanding of legislation and compliance

Head Barista
This is a great opportunity to join an established family business in our busy successful restaurant Lime Kiln Kitchen, working as a key member of our Front of House team.
As a Head Barista, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the barista team, stock taking and ordering as well as preparing consistently high-quality beverages.
Main duties:
- Ordering and maintaining supplies in line with forecasted demand
- Stock take
- Supporting and leading barista team
- Preparing a wide variety of beverages to the highest standard
- Ensuring equipment and workspace is kept to a consistently high standard, prioritising cleanliness and organisation
Key skills required:
- Previous supervisor and barista experience essential
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Able to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- A natural communicator who can lead, train and encourage new baristas to develop
- Ability to create latte art
- A passion for coffee
