Part Time Customer Service Supervisor

Main duties to include:

  • To operate the tills and take payments
  • Meeting and greeting all customers
  • Answer all customer queries and complaints – in person, on phone and vis social media (Facebook/Instagram), and email. This will involve learning about core goods stocked and their locations
  • Dealing with customer returns
  • Producing our in-house signage via Adobe InDesign

Applicants must be confident, enthusiastic and able to learn quickly. You will be a lasting impression to our customers and so you will have a great responsibility to provide a high level of customer service at all times. Retail experience and computer skill essential. Full training will be provided.

Hours of work:

Week 1 – Mon 9-6, Tues 9-6, Wed day off, Thurs d/o, Fri 9-4.30, Sat d/o, Sun d/o

Week 2 – Mon 9-6, Tues 9-6, Wed d/o, Thurs d/o, Fri 2.30-8pm, Sat 8-6, Sun 9-4
