Full Time Customer Service Supervisor

Main duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting all customers
  • Answer all customer queries and complaints – in person, on the phone, email and social media quickly and professionally, this will involve learning about core goods stocked and their locations
  • Supervising till staff
  • Dealing with customer returns
  • Producing our in-house signage, knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be an advantage

Applicants must be confident, enthusiastic and able to learn quickly. You will be a lasting impression to our customers and so you will have a great responsibility to provide a high level of customer service at all times. Retail experience and computer skills essential. Full training will be provided.

Hours of work:

Week 1.

Mon-Tues 9am- 6pm

Thurs 9am – 6pm

Fri 11am – 8pm

Sat 8am -6pm

Sun 9am – 4pm

Week 2.

Mon – Tues 9am – 6pm

Thurs 9am – 6pm

Fri 9am – 6pm
