Following a highly successful first year on the road in 2011, Weber – the UK’s number one barbecue brand – is once again taking its BBQ Experience Roadshow to garden centres and food festivals across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Weber’s trailblazing chef Dan Cooper will be packing his barbecues, tools and ingredients into the specially designed, state of the art Airstream Land-Yacht, and bringing his expertise to Thetford Garden Centre on Monday 28th May.

Dan – who has cooked up feasts for celebrities including Lily Allen and Alex James –  will be demonstrating a brilliant range of barbecued dishes and showing visitors to the BBQ Experience how to perfect Weber’s ‘roast’, ‘grill’ and ‘bake’ techniques.  As well as demonstrations there will be plenty of opportunities to sample the delicious, freshly barbecued food and take home recipe cards so you can try out a range of exciting new menu creations at home.

The latest gas and charcoal Weber barbecues will be on show, along with a range of colourful, eye-catching cookware accessories.

The Weber BBQ Experience Roadshow will fire up from 11:30am – 2:30pm.
